STANDARD SERVICE: 5-7 business days after all approvals. Includes folding and Polly-bagging.
RUSH SERVICE: For 3-Day service on approved logos, add a 50% rush charge on the quoted embroidery price per garment (up to 36 pieces/15,000 stitches). Orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. CST and are subject to availability. For orders above 36 pieces or logos above 15,000 stitches, contact Customer Service.

MULTI COLOR CHANGES: Within a single order Add $11.00 per color change.
METALIC THREAD: Add $1.20 per unit up to 15,000 stitches. Logos above 15,000 stitches subject to additional charges.
MONOGRAMMING: Individual embroidery is available for $9.00 up to 16 characters. Add $0.70 for each additional character.
COPYRIGHTS: Use of copyright marks and payment of licensed property royalties are the responsibility of the customer.
Digitizing Services
STANDARD SERVICE: 4-5 Business days. One electronic logo image is provided FREE.
RUSH SERVICE: For 1-3 day service add 50% to your quoted price.
DIGITIZING PRICE: $100 for up to 7,000 stitches. $20 for each additional 1,000 stitches.
DIGITIZING INCENTIVE: For orders over 499 units and co-op/catalog programs with regular repeat usage, digitizing is FREE for the first 7,000 stitches at standard service. All other charges apply. Maximum order discount is $100 Program validation required.
EDITS AND TYPESETTING: $50 for editing on an existing Eagle Dry Goods disc. Stock fonts are available for typesetting. Contact Customer Service for a list of fonts. One electronic logo image is provided FREE. Please specify all instructions clearly. Standard service 4-5 business days.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED EMBROIDERY FILES: Eagle Dry Goods will convert your embroidery files for FREE. In order to ensure Eagle Dry Goods quality standards, files are reviewed for compatibility. One electronic logo image is provided FREE.
SWATCH SERVICES: Your first swatch proof is FREE and $12 for each additional swatch proof per logo. Logos above 15,000 stitches subject to additional charges. Allow 1-3 days for swatches.
DUPLICATE FILES: FREE when sent by e-mail, if original logo is paid in full. Logo on disk, $40.
