About Us

Orders are shipped FOB Old Hickory, TN.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering.

Customer is responsible for all Recipient and Third Party billing if charges are denied by the carrier.

In the most cases, blank goods orders received by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped same day.

All freight and COD charges will be included on invoice.

COD fees apply to each individual box shipped.

There is a $5.00 handling charge per individual drop shipment address in addition to freight charges.

Eagle Dry Goods is not responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the billed customer.

Refused COD shipments are subject to all incurred freight charges, COD fees, and a 15% handling fee.
