Returns
Samples, close-outs and discounted merchandise are final sales.
Returns will be only accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RA) issued by Eagle Dry Goods.
Returns must be shipped with freight paid.
All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Returns will be applied via credit memo.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise before embellishment to ensure it is the correct merchandise and in good condition as ordered. Without exception, Eagle Dry Goods will not assume responsibility after garments have been embellished, either embroidered or imprinted.
